As a manufacturer I need a product that is consistent, robust and attractive. I selected SAM to work as our partner and discovered a helpful and supportive team. No colour or style is an issue – if they don’t have a particular wrap, it may take time but they will source it and produce exactly what is required. The service is flexible, which is a very important factor, and when something does go wrong (after all, we live in the real world) SAM will always work hard to rectify. The relationship I have with the Regional Sales Manager and Customer Service team makes the relationship and supply chain simple and straightforward.
I wanted to offer my customers a more cost effective alternative to solid wood mouldings. I was made aware of SAM Wrap and placed an order for skirting and architrave. Once installed, you couldn’t tell the difference between the wrapped product and solid wood. There was also less wastage as you didn’t have to work around knots or deal with warping. A great product!
We wanted a product that looked good, was easy to work with and came at a good price. SAM met our needs by manufacturing bespoke kitchen components, including pelmet and cornice, wrapped in both real wood veneer and paper.
