Private Dwelling, Fife
This private dwelling was designed for a customer of Hayburn Homes in Fife around June of 2014. The client wanted an alternative to PVC and found SAM Trimax extremely durable fibreboard to be the perfect solution. Then, SAM supplied Fascia and soffit fully finished in a RAL colour specified by the customer. As a result, the fully finished product ensured a quick turnaround for the contractors on site.

➡ Soffit – SAM3175 Tongue & Groove 4.88m x 15mm x 100mm / SAM3388 Tongue & V-Groove 4.88m x 9mm x 94mm
➡ Paint – Akzo Nobel top coat RAL 7022 (Umbragrau)
